Volunteer vacancies:

Charity Trustee
The Hub is looking for people within our local community that want to make a difference through supporting our charity to continue it's important work.
“Trustees have overall control of a charity and are responsible for making sure it’s doing what it was set up to do. Trustees are the people who lead the charity and decide how it is run.” (Charity commission for England and Wales)
We are especially interested in hearing from those with backgrounds in fundraising, marketing and communications, and even better if you also have experience of working for or within a charity setting. We want our trustee Board to reflect our diverse society, and we welcome applicants from minority and diverse communities.
The trustees meet roughly 4 times a year to agree on changes, voice any concerns and make decisions with the charities best interests in mind.
Trustees are an unpaid role supporting and overseeing a charitable business. Being a trustee can be a rewarding role and a great way to network, see the impact of our services on your community and raise money for a good cause.

A DBS check will be required for this role.
